are not seeking mental health treatment
want support with decision-making, next steps and transitions
are looking for a more action-oriented, present-focused approach
navigating career or life transitions
making important decisions
gaining clarity on direction
building confidence in next steps
staying accountable to goals
Coaching is not mental health treatment and does not address clinical concerns such as trauma, depression, or anxiety disorders.
If at any point therapy would be more appropriate, I will discuss this with you and provide referrals as needed.
