Coaching Options
Single Session Intensive
A focused 60-minute session to gain clarity on a specific decision or situation.
Monthly - (4 Weeks)
Short-term support to help you move through a transition with structure and accountability.
Intensive - (8 Weeks)
A deeper container for sustained clarity, action, and follow-through during a major life shift.

Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. If clinical care is more appropriate for your needs, this will be discussed and referrals provided when necessary.
